Well, it started out a beautiful day, was in the 70's during the day, got a LOT of sun
I worked on the truck a lot this week. I lowered it about 1", made a 1/8" sway bar for it, that really tightened the truck up and made it so it turned and handled a Lot better.

I ran 11 laps in the six minute heat. Noticed the wheel had a wobble to it and didn't think much of it, just thought that I had broke a wheel, as there was a pile up in the beginning, but also noticed the truck didn't want to go straight, which it should have, as I did a pretty good setup on it. Was great in practice, so knew something had changed.

Well, I made it into the "A" main. Put a new tire on, and didn't even look at the anything other then the broken wheel of which I put a new one on. Then found out that the A-Arm had broken away at the hinge pin, of which I really don't think it should have. Thinking of going to plastic, feel that will be better for racing. Not sure if I want to buy a whole truck and put some of my pieces on it or not.

Also think I am going back to the 20 tooth bell, as the 18, just kills the top end. Still couldn't get the top end right, felt like it was too rich, and ran good on the day before. Shifted well though.

As the race started we went around one lap, then they called the race, as one of the tall truck tore the timing line in half, so not sure what they are going to do with points.

Well, the points didn't change from the week before, they considered for all trucks not to count this week to make it fair, since the "B" main had been run, but the "A" main didn't get a chance.

Was a good day I guess, and learned more, which is a good thing.
